On the other hand, planning takes some of the fun out of goals.. at least my opinion. Because then you'll have to accept that some goals may not be reachable, but thinking about them is nice.
happy easter! and good to see some post again
jah, Prof., i know what you mean... but, sometimes, i feel like i've been drifting aimlessly for way too long. though, i gotta say, i've drifted to some pretty cool places and into some really great experiences, but still...
got a lot of wishes i would like to make come true :)
I'm intrigued. What is on your wish list?
And yes, it happens to me a lot, too where the "Important" things take the back seat to the "Urgent" ones (like making dinner and taking out the trash.)
some wishlist items =
~satisfy lifelong desire to visit San Francisco
~visit Montréal and Québec
~book another 3 weeks trip to Europe this Autumn
...erhmmm, too many places-to-visit to list, but those are the immediate travel wishes...
~find the perfect affordable little cozy humble abode in a tranquil setting where i will spend my care-freetime responding to friends' emails [ ;) lol]
~become a wiz at building and maintaining websites
~find several more clients (maybe in the Indie music biz) who happily pay for my website wizardry and adminstrative support so i can be independent and say bye-bye to being a working slave to mainstream corporate capitalistic pigs
you know, Camille, the usual stuff that wishlists are made of :)
website building should be fun. Have been trying it for some time now. I know some of the basics, but the really fancy stuff is not in my league (for now :)). It sure is fun.
But a lot of work to to work it out. Some nice things can be done, using CSS.. which is what is used by the blogger sites. Remember my old blog? That design was made using CSS and then entering it in the blogger framework. Same with my photolog (you know the URL :))
Check out http://www.csszengarden.com for some things you can do with it.
bedankt voor the lead on the CSS Zen Garden website, Prof.! :)
